Please Help Rescue Freddie

This is an email I received today from a dog rescue friend of ours.

I have someone at work who is trying to get rid of their dog just because he is going blind. I've attached a picture of Freddy and the owner keeps him in The back yard all by his lonesome. At night he cries because he can't see and there is really not much light. My heart goes out to this dog as the owner is not a very good parent to him.

If you know of "ANYONE" or any Rescue Group who can help please pass this email forward. Any help or advice is welcomed!!
